How to place an order?

To order the product, the user should follow the purchase procedure established on the website: read and accept the terms of use and finalize the order.
Once the payment is confirmed, you should expect an e-mail confirming that the order has been accepted.
The agreement between the user and Koko Che Jota Store will be finally formalized when Koko Che Jota Store sends a confirmation of your purchase.

We accept credit card and debit card payments (Visa, MasterCard) and PayPal.

How to track your order?

We will send an e-mail with your tracking number right after your order leave our warehouse.
Go to the tracking page https://www.trackmyshipment.co/shipment-tracking , enter the tracking number and view its status.

What is our delivery time?

Our shipping time is between 5-10 Business days

 

Any issue with your order?

We want to know about all the issues regarding the order. If you received something in error, the package was delivered late or otherwise please contact us via email (koko@kokochejota.com)

Do you want to return your order?

If you want to use your right to a refund, please contact us by email at koko@kokochejota.com. To do this, you must complete the withdrawal form and prepare the product for shipment. Then send the shipment to the address given:

Refund will take place within 5-10 days from the date of receipt of the product in our warehouse.

Do you want to make changes in your order?

What is our warranty?

All products on the site are original Koko Che Jota Store. They have a two year warranty in accordance with the criteria and conditions described in Royal Decree Lecture 1/2007 of 16 November. This means that Koko Che Jota Store products are intended for use in their intended purpose in a specific way. U'Rock is not responsible for any product damage that may result from misuse or neglect of the user. Koko Che Jota Store takes great care in presenting and describing products. However, product photographs are pictured. For the exact characteristics of each product, the descriptive data accompanying each product should be checked.
