If you want to use your right to a refund, please contact us by email at koko@kokochejota.com. Prepare the product for shipment and ship to the address given. Cost of shipping back should be assumed by customer

Then send the shipment to the address given:

Refund will take place within 5-10 days from the date of receipt of the product in our warehouse.
